My hygienist Nazanin was by far, hands down, THE best hygienist I have ever had. She made me feel comfortable, she was warm, personable, professional, and clearly incredibly experienced. I got a deep clean and that’s a two visit type thing…I was freaking out for the better part of a week about getting the mouth injection. I told her about my fear of needles, she acknowledged it, let me know it’s an extremely common and understandable fear, walked me through each step, and I felt immediately more comfortable. Had a treatment plan in place had 1st appt.where treatment was started & paid $848 with app for following week & more after. Ended up having to cancel treatment plan (my decision) & requested a refund. Spoke to office manager 2day & they will be sending my refund! Very happy this did not have to end badly. Thank You!
